Job Description:
Manage existing clients. Build and maintain strong relations within Business and IT Leaders stakeholders across FPL/NextEra. Lead strategic meetings and represent Cognizant Consulting in steering/review meetings with the client. Provide and manage escalation management. Build new business. Set the strategic client relation and business direction for account managers/teams. Own the growth targets. Analyse the client's strategic agenda, identify opportunities and convert these into business. Identify and position solutions/offerings. Drive the sales process. Collaborate with other Client Team and other service lines. Collaborate with alliances/partners and create joint value propositions. Skills & qualifications of the candidate:
Extensive relationships across FPL & NextEra, Strong understanding of the people process, and technologies used across FPL and NextEra. Extensive knowledge of IT / Digital technologies, domain specific knowledge of the industry and a strong network/contact in the same sector. At least more than 15 years of working experience working with or for utilities. Excellent verbal and writing skills in English. Ability to independently identify and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives that help the client achieve their business goals. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships across various levels in the client organizations, especially at CxO level. Oversight of the Consulting Team at FPL, responsible for review of deliverables, checking in with Client Stakeholders obtaining feedback on our Performance, coach consultants as needed. Support Consulting Lead RFP's. Excellent consulting and presentation skills. Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
